An archaeological dig has turned up an artefact in the shape of a granite circle. Unknown to those on the dig, it is a wishing stone of ancient provenance. Wishes have unforeseen consequences, and the magic ability of the Granite Circle is discovered more by accident than design. Emma and Pauly find themselves trapped in the Arabian desert in the power of people traders. Pauly falls in love with Emma.
