Marianne started her journey in 2014. A writer and journalist, Power found herself stuck and decided to live by the rules of one self-help book a month over the course of one year, charting her progress on her Help Me Blog. The end results have been published in her debut book, Help Me!  

Marianne Power talks to us about why she started the project, which self-help books she would and wouldn’t recommend and the lessons she’s picked up along the way.
