Acerca de este título
A fear can be a powerful enemy
We’re all afraid of something: beginnings, endings, changing, getting stuck. Are you afraid of making decisions? Of being alone? Of intimacy? Asserting yourself? Public speaking? Ending a relationship? Starting a new job? Fear doesn’t have to hold you back from happiness or success. You can change your relationship with fear.
In this program, Susan Jeffers, PhD, teaches compassionate concepts and highly effective exercises that help you unravel the complexities and reverse the effects of fear. You’ll learn the five truths about fear. You’ll see how to weed negatives out of your words and thoughts. And you’ll be able to develop goals that helps extend your self-imposed limitations. Don’t be a prisoner of your own insecurities. Career growth, personal harmony, and financial rewards can be yours...

Good analysis, poor solution
A good depiction of fear causes, but vague, generic recommendations on how to deal with it.
I'm not gonna read the whole book and I'd say almost all of the important ideas are on the first of the two chapters. This book has not aged well. There are far better resources nowadays.
The first chapter is only one hour, though. It can be a good investment of your time.
