Told through a series of diary entries and letters, Bram Stoker's time-honored tale of a terrifying, powerful vampire sees an artful reading, with particular attention paid to the sinister, Transylvanian tones of the monster himself, while solicitor Jonathan Harker's seriousness is the perfect foil to the vampire's legendary menace. Though the audio production is pared-down, this allows the voice performances to shine, lending a solitary, ominous atmosphere to a classic tale of horror.
