I loved this audiobook but I was a bit disappointed that my favorite narrator only read the epilogue

the voice and affirmations are perfect for drifting off to sleep but this stupid series put the explanation of affirmations at the end of the book. why? as soon as you drift off some guy wakes you up to explain how affirmations work. we already know or we wouldn't be listening. at least put it at the beginning so it is easy to skip.
