okay, but wait..what?!

TW for pedophilia, sexual abuse, domestic violence

I just don't understand how the above trigger warnings match with the light hearted family romance this novel tries to be. This miss match creates some really awkward moments that are just so distasteful. Made me gag several times.

Too bad because the writing flows well and could have been a decent story if well balanced.
